Within 12 months of the receipt of your items, if the item can't work for Quality Issues, We can repair it for you for free, and you assume the both way shipping fees. For the issues which caused by any misuse or man-made damage, we will also try our best to repair it for you if it is capable of being repaired.

* We also offer technical training and support to distributors to help solving ordinary maintaining and repairing work at your place before shipping back to factory.
