GISA Series GIS Data Collector

Q: How accurate is the GISA GPS ?

A: With Standalone, the accuracy of GISA is less than 3meters. And with SBAS, the accuracy of GISA is less than 2 meters.

Q: What’s GISA OS ?

A: GISA has Windows CE 6.0 and Windows Mobile 6.1 OS.

Q: Does GISA have its own software ?

A: No, but with Windows CE 6.0 and Windows Mobile 6.1 OS, GISA can support most GIS field software, such as: Carlson SurvCE, Arcpad, and Digiterra, etc.

Q: What are they memories of GISA GPS ?

A: The GISA GPS comes with two types of memory:
• 256 MB internal memory
• Up to 32GB Micro SD card slot to be used for GIS field software and for data collected.

Q: How rugged are the GISA GIS data collector ?

A: The GISA GPS have been designed to survive in harsh environment. The units are IP67 rated and survive to 1.5 m drop on concrete. And it can work efficiently in -20℃ to+60℃(-4℉to+140℉);its storage temperature is -40℃ to+70℃
(-40℉to+158℉)

Q: Battery types and lifespan of GISA ?

A: GISA has 3000 mAh 3.7V Li-ion battery and can be charged by AC and USB.
